* Scenario: entry paid plans, monthly billing. Admaxxer Starter is $9/mo for up to 15,000 tracked events, with server-side tracking, first-party analytics and revenue attribution included. Stape Pro is $20/mo ($17/mo billed annually) for up to 500,000 requests on one server-side GTM container, tracking only, and Stape also has a free plan for 10,000 requests a month. Stape counts container requests and Admaxxer counts tracked events, so at high request volumes Stape on its own costs less. What Admaxxer replaces is the tracking plus the analytics and attribution tools you would pay for on top of it. Prices checked October 2026.

Server-side tracking is one of three things you need

Stape does one job well: it hosts a server-side Google Tag Manager container (and gateways for Meta CAPI and TikTok Events API) that forwards conversions to ad platforms. But forwarding events is only the first step. To use them you also need to see them and to know which ad earned the sale:

  1. Server-side tracking sends clean conversions to the ad platforms. This is what Stape sells, from $20/mo for 500K requests per container.
  2. Analytics shows visitors, sessions, UTM sources and revenue events in a dashboard.
  3. Revenue attribution ties spend to revenue: blended MER, cohort LTV, CAPI match rate, multi-touch models.

Admaxxer ships all three from $9/mo, with one pixel, one data model and one bill.

What Admaxxer ships that Stape doesn't

First-party analytics

Visitors, sessions, UTM source / medium / campaign, revenue events, goals and funnels from one first-party pixel. Works with Shopify, WooCommerce and SaaS billing providers.

Revenue attribution

Blended MER, CAPI match rate per pixel and ad account, cohort LTV at 7/30/90d, multi-touch attribution models including Markov-chain, plus MMM, incrementality and forecast from Pro.

Your own AI agent, over MCP

Point Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or Codex at your workspace with a token you generate. The agent reads revenue, attribution and ad performance across Meta, Google, TikTok and Klaviyo, and can pause campaigns or change budgets on Meta and Google only after you approve a preview. Anything created lands paused.

Ad ops next to the numbers

Connect unlimited ad accounts on every plan. Pause low-ROAS campaigns and adjust budgets on Meta and Google, and launch new campaigns from the Ads Manager wizard (they land paused). Every change is confirmation-gated.

Switch from Stape in an afternoon

  1. Install the Admaxxer pixel. Paste one snippet in your site head. It fires alongside your existing server-side GTM, with its own event ID per event so de-duplication behaves.
  2. Connect your platforms. Paste your Meta System User token, TikTok token and Klaviyo API key, then connect Google Ads with OAuth. Server-side forwarding starts firing de-duplicated events right away.
  3. Reconcile, then switch. Run both for 7 to 14 days and compare match rates per platform. When the numbers agree, point your tracking subdomain at Admaxxer and shut down the container.

Pricing: six published plans, $9 to $999

Every Admaxxer plan ships unlimited ad-account connections and the full analytics + attribution + server-side surface. Plans differ on tracked-event quota and team seats (1 team seat on Starter, scaling to unlimited seats on Enterprise). Prices checked October 2026 on stape.io.

Frequently asked

Does Admaxxer actually replace Stape, or is it just adjacent?
For most ecommerce and SaaS stores it replaces Stape's core job: server-side conversions forwarding to Meta Conversions API, Google Ads Enhanced Conversions for Web, TikTok Events API and Klaviyo. The browser pixel and the server fire the same conversion with the same event ID, so platforms de-duplicate automatically. A first-party domain is included. The capability is the same; the set-up is simpler (paste a token per platform instead of configuring a server-side GTM container). If you run a heavily customized sGTM container with bespoke tags, keep Stape for that.
I already run server-side GTM through Stape. What does Admaxxer give me on top?
Two things Stape's plan list does not include: first-party analytics (visitors, sessions, UTM tracking, revenue events) and revenue attribution (blended MER, CAPI match rate, cohort LTV at 7/30/90d, multi-touch models including Markov, and MMM and incrementality from Pro). Stape is tracking infrastructure; Admaxxer is tracking, analytics and attribution in one place, run from the AI agent you already use.
What's the migration path from Stape?
Three steps, usually an afternoon. (1) Install the Admaxxer pixel; it fires alongside your existing server-side GTM. (2) Paste your Meta System User token, TikTok token and Klaviyo API key, and connect Google Ads with OAuth. Server-side forwarding starts firing de-duplicated events right away. (3) Compare match rates against Stape for 7 to 14 days, then point your tracking subdomain at Admaxxer and shut down the container.
How does Admaxxer's match rate compare to Stape's?
Admaxxer reports a 93% Meta CAPI match rate across 15 million events (April to May 2026; the measurement window and method are on /methodology). We could not find a comparable published figure for Stape, so the honest test is your own data: run both for 7 to 14 days and compare. Match rate depends on event ID quality, hashed customer fields (email, phone) and how cleanly your first-party domain is set up.
Stape is technically sGTM hosting. Does Admaxxer use sGTM under the hood?
No. Admaxxer runs its own server-side conversion pipeline (first-party event ingestion plus per-platform forwarders) rather than hosting a Google server-side GTM container. The outcome is the same (server-side de-duplication, first-party cookies, recovery of conversions lost to ad blockers and Safari), but the set-up is a token per platform instead of tags and triggers per conversion. Bespoke sGTM tags would be re-implemented as Admaxxer events.
How does the first-party domain work? Do I manage TLS certificates?
Point a subdomain like t.yourbrand.com at Admaxxer. HTTPS is issued and renewed for you, so there is no certificate to buy, rotate or manage. The pixel and ingest endpoints serve from your own domain, cookies are first-party, and requests are far less likely to be caught by blocklists that target known tracker domains. Included on every plan from $9/mo.
What happens if I go over my plan?
On Stape, a container is paused once it reaches 110% of its plan's request limit unless auto-upgrade is on, in which case it moves up a tier (Business and above get a 30-day grace period the first time). On Admaxxer every quota is hard-capped with no overage charges: ingestion pauses until the cycle resets or you upgrade, so there is never a surprise bill.
Stape has an MCP server too. How is Admaxxer's different?
Stape's MCP server lets an AI app list, create and delete sGTM containers and zones, so it manages infrastructure. Admaxxer's MCP server points Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or Codex at your business data: revenue, attribution, MER, cohorts and ad performance across Meta, Google, TikTok and Klaviyo, plus confirmation-gated ad ops where every change is previewed first and anything created lands paused.
